			Regulatory rules
Public and private institutions issue their advertising
messages according to the regulatory rules in force in
the countries where they operate or, in the case of
transnational companies, the countries of their parent
                        companies.
Among other things, these rules define: restrictions in
the dissemination of certain content, the prescriptive
scope of the advertised products, dosage, the visibility
of counter indications, etc. These rules apply to
advertisements published both in specialized media and
                        in general interest media.
SIIC is not involved in eventual non-compliance with
regulatory rules laid down by advertisers in the public
                        dissemination of biomedical products (pharmaceutical
products or healthcare devices) in their own or in
third-party media published in Insiicnia, and in those
                        countries where Insiicnia circulates.
Those companies, institutions, or private individuals
sponsoring or participating in the advertisements
classified by Insiicnia will be able to request that
publication of the images that represent them should
cease, clearly stating their reasons. However, SIIC
reserves the right to continue publishing the images if
it should wish to do so.
